My bp is 160/90 , i seem to sweat on the fore head from the last two days im on asomex 2.5mg from the last 2 days

Hello..
Well your bp is on the higher end and the symptoms you are experiencing us because of it...you need to maintain strictbliw salt diet..reduce the stress and kery yourself calm...you also need to consult a physician or cardiologist for regular monitoring if blood pressures as you may require dosage change..thank you
