My father s age is 52.One day my father leg slipped then fall down then in back there is a fracture created.but the fracture is in insde the body so the pain still continueing

Treatment can vary significantly depending on the type of fracture in the spine. If its a simple crack then bed rest for few weeks followed by careful rehab by Orthopedic Physiotherapist.
