Whenever I turn sides, stretch my arms or any movement of the body, I can hear my bones making the crackling sound. I do not like cracking knuckles or etc. But, why is this sound prevailing? Is it Rheumatism? Is it something serious at my age?

Yeah you will be answered now if u can send an x-ray of arms I mean shoulder and elbow but I'm sure it is not rheumatism. So please send me the x-ray of what I have mentioned
