Consult with a Physiotherapist who will identify the nature and cause of ailment whether, it's mechanical or pathological; as physical examination is necessary. Mechanical reasons attribute to majority of symptoms like this and Physiotherapy often helps. If pathological reasons are found your Physiotherapist will refer you to corresponding specialists. Hope the information was useful for you.
