Boils on the palm
I have boils on my palms. Although, there is no pain resulting from the same. The condition has existed for almost a year now. The boils like growth is quite small in size.

The picture you posted has lesions which look like warts. The causes are mostly occupational -  holding or handling hard substances, riding a bike for long time also cause this. There are some viral growth which causes such watts. You cannot treat this by yourself.  Consult a doctor. There is treatment for this condition in Siddha medicine.
