Boil near anus.infection

Small boil near anus came. Treatmet taken. Fistula,infection, abscesses different term drs. used. Final treatment for infection almost recovered. After a month it reappears. What to do. 4 months I am struggling. Motion normal but lit bit strain while going. I will be happy for any good suggestion. English, Ayurveda, siddha any mode I preferred without operation. Pl. HELP
