Hello, its very important to be healthy, you can gain weight, have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries ,you can do aerobics exercises ,it increases your appetite , skipping, swimming ,cycling all these makes you more stronger ..........
