Body type problem

Hello mam/sir, Myself 25 yrs old, 6 ft 3 inch. Weight is only 78 kg. Its totally under weight. Moreover my body is not perfect I am very much slim. Not stronger enough. Can u please guide me a proper diet to follow to gain body as well as body typ. I have not joined gym still now and have not taken any supplementary medicine. Please guide me

Hi wish you the Good health!!! You need to put on 8-10kg . Join gym for cardio and wgt lifting excerise. Go for wgt gain diet undersupervision of nutritionist. Go for small 8meals for bttr BMR. Ample amounts of liquids.
