Body swelling and scratch

Asked for Female, 68 Years

My grandmother is having frequent headache and fever and the worst part is her body is swelling and she feels like scratching the whole body.Scratching is there throughout the day. She is in big pain because of scratch and headache. Kindly suggest or to refer to specialist. It's been two years she is suffering this.
