Body swelling and pain
Hi, I often get swelling and pain in my entire body and sudden increase in weight upto 1 kg. This swelling usually happens after once I do any work a part of my regular routine. People say its water retention, I would like to know the reason of water retention and ways so that it didnt happen again.
