Body problem
Hi I am having cough in throat and a bit if sleepiness is always there feeling weak also..having breaks in sleep at night.. Head is also a bit heavy

As the days are hot. People are more attracted towards chilled water and cold drinks. But your condition demands to avoid that. Have normal water not too chilled. And try to consult a doctor in personal.

Do you have dry cough?? And if u have difficulty in swallowing .,then u might be suffering from pharyngitis ., Your doctor may prescribe you antibiotics , ..... Take adequate rest .... steam inhalation may relieve your light headedness. ...

You may be having fever that is why you are feeling weak. Take paracetamol and do salt water gargling, if there is no relief consult a doctor.
