Body pain & low vitamin D
Few weeks earlier i had chest and rib pain . Got xray and all normal . Then chest pain got resolved and i had back pain . Some time centre of back and some time lower back. Also am having pain in some other bones . Pain is mild and i am able to do every thing . It goes away as wellon its own . I did vitamin d test today and its 13 . Is this low and reason for my pain ? If yes please suggest next steps .

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
