Please cut your travel distance and time. That may be a better option than taking medicine for such problems.

A considerably longer travel distance, lack of sleep ,stress could contribute to symptoms.Inadequate hydration lack of vitamins, minerals and rest also play a role.Get your blood investigation done that includes CBC, glucose levels, vitamin d and b 12, thyroid function tests.

Your symptoms could be related to physical strain from daily travel, dehydration, poor posture, or even possible nutritional deficiencies. By improving your hydration, posture, and incorporating some physical activity and stretching, you may start feeling better. If the symptoms persist, it’s a good idea to see a doctor for further evaluation. I hope you feel better soon! Let me know if you have more questions or concerns.

It looks like fatigue due to excessive travelling, but could be due to other causes too, hence a detailed history would be required, like us it a new complain as compared to your travel history etc.

Your symptoms, such as body pain, dizziness, and fatigue, could potentially be caused by prolonged travel and stress on your body, especially with daily commuting over long distances. The strain on your muscles, combined with inadequate rest, may be contributing to the overall weakness and discomfort. It is also essential to rule out any underlying deficiencies, such as Vitamin D, B12, or iron, which can cause similar symptoms. I would recommend undergoing a complete blood profile, particularly focusing on these vitamins and minerals. Additionally, prolonged fatigue and body aches can sometimes be related to issues like poor hydration, irregular sleep patterns, or even an early sign of viral infections or other systemic conditions. Keeping track of your hydration, diet, and rest patterns might also help in identifying contributing factors. For a more comprehensive evaluation and tailored treatment plan, please feel free to consult me directly for a detailed assessment. You can also reach me through WhatsApp at eight, zero, zero, nine, eight, two, one, three, three, two.
