As per your reports, your hemoglobin is low, so you can take syrup Hemrich 1tsp at night for a month and eat dates as it is rich in iron. For fever, as it's there from 1 day, you can take Tab DOLO 650 1-1-1 for three days and drink lots of water and wait for three days. If there is no improvement or your fever is getting worse, then repeat blood tests and will treat accordingly.
Next Steps
Syrup HEMRICH 1TSP 0-0-1 X 30DAYS TAB DOLO 650 1-1-1 X 3DAYS
Health Tips
If fever gets worse then get CBC Dengue NS1 Chikengunya IGM MPFT and consult
