Last night i have been suffering from stomach pain,vomting,body pain,body feel low BP.body feel rest less.already taken crocin in morning.

This is Acute Gastroenteritis.This is most likely due to eating or drinking of some contaminated food or drink. Common symptoms include nausea, vomiting , pain abdomen ,loose stools and weakness.
