Body heat reduce and weight gain...
My body is so heat body... Because I don't ate any milk products from my childhood... Now some times take milk only... Its also so difficult to drink... I dnt like that... My arms and foot path are hot at every time... And what I eat,, but no weight gain... Now am 26 yrs... I have 2 childrens... But I am only 43 kgs.... What can I do for it.... Please suggest me....

There's a possibility that you are lacrosse intolerant. You can try soy milk, it is an nutritious alternative to usual cow/buffalo milk. But a proper history, examination is needed. Would recommend you to Consult Someone.
