Hi , right now I m perfectly fit I mean in health n body shape wise. I was in sports during school time . Now I m working in IT company n I would like to go for jogging every morning. But I m scared were my thighs size 'll get reduce. Plz suggest me what to do.

So in that way you can lose fat at the same time gain muscle mass and look more fit.
