  4. Bloody nose and Bloody cough. Up blood?

Bloody nose and Bloody cough
If I've got blood in my nose , it is possible I cough up blood? The blood is mixed up with Phlegm, and for over a year I almost constantly have phlegm. (My first blood coughing happened around the time it has became constant)
