Blood vessels of right eye seems swellon
Hi doctor having redness in the right eye and extreme headache on the right side and swellon veins the same side bcoz of 8-9 hrs of online study...my specs number also increased after I started 8-9 hrs of online studies...what should I do now??

If your number has increased,  get a new number made. Since this is what us causing your headache. Since your age is below 18 yrs and long hours of screen usage has cause you to your power change . Take pain killer for headache as prescribed and glasses change . If after 2 -3 weeks symptoms persist get in touch as it maybe migraine Better to get a new glasses and if possible with blue cut to filter harmful radiation from computer screen. If you are studying for long hours,  Better to study on a computer than a mobile. Also follow 20 20 20 rule that is every 20 minutes take a break for 20 seconds and look far as much as 20 feet if possible. Blink frequently and use tear drops atleat 6 times per day and tab voveron sos for pain. Every 6 months get your eye tested for glasses

Read and follow advice about Computer vision syndrome. Wear correct number glasses. Use lubricating drops like Refresh liquegel 3/4 times . Consult a doctor if not better.

Helo Mam Headache was due to not wearing correct power. Get your new glasses. For redness  ,do cold compression. Put Refresh tears eye drop 4 to 6 times in a day

Increase your blink rate by 20-20-20 rule after every 20 minutes of work. Do atleast 2 to 3 times in a day.

Use Lubrex eyedrop 1 drop 6 times daily and cold compression twice daily
