My mother's Blood sugar is very high 445-500. She is taking amaryl 2mg tablet daily 2 times but it doesn't control Please suggest some ayurvedic medicine.

With such a high blood sugar and infection as you have mentioned, she should be started on insulin injections atleast temporarily till both settle.
