Your blood sugar level of 1.07 g/L appears to be within the normal range, so there may not be any immediate concern regarding blood glucose. However, the presence of blood in urine, even in small amounts, should not be ignored. This could indicate an underlying issue such as a urinary tract infection, kidney stones, or other potential causes that require further investigation.
I recommend getting an ultrasound (USG KUB) to check for any structural abnormalities like stones or signs of infection. It's also important to monitor your symptoms closely, as early detection can help manage any condition effectively.

Your blood sugar result of GAA (glycemia after fasting) at 1.07 g/L is equivalent to 107 mg/dL, which is within the normal range for fasting blood glucose (typically between 70-100 mg/dL). It indicates that your blood sugar is slightly elevated but not at a concerning level for diabetes.
The trace amount of blood in your urine (known as microscopic hematuria) could be caused by a number of factors, such as dehydration, strenuous exercise, or even a minor infection that hasn't presented symptoms yet. Since you are not experiencing any pain or symptoms of a urinary tract infection (UTI), this may not be serious.
Next Steps
It would be a good idea to follow up with your doctor provider for further tests to rule out potential causes such as kidney stones, bladder issues, or mild infections.
Health Tips
Given that you have health anxiety, try not to worry too much, but do schedule a consultation to address this in case it requires monitoring or further investigation.
