Blood stains in urine

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My baby is 6.5 months old. When he passed urine i found the stains in the diapers as shown in the picture. What is the reason? How to deal at home itself Any emergency? How to overcome this? Does the baby go for a physical examination, if yes what test they do?
