I m a 25year old female my blood pressure is 130/80 is is normal?and what is the normal range of blood pressure if not pls help and what can I do

Yes your blood pressure is within normal limits.
high blood pressure is considered to be 140/90mmHg or higher. low blood pressure is considered to be 90/60mmHg or lower.
