Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
The advise we give isn't the substitute for avoiding hospital visits.
First of all, have low salt diet.
Avoid foods which have high amounts of sodium in them.
Packed foods, Chinese dishes have high amounts of sodium.
Exercise daily, your blood pressure will stay in a certain level.
Do not skip any medications which you were suggested to take.
