Congratulate you for posting all the reports. Step 1: Human Blood Pressure fluctuates within a range through out the day. Check your BP with any good Manual or Electronic Machine twice a day and thrice a week and maintain a chart. Step 2: Go for a low purine diet, Low sugar and Low salt diet. Consult a Nutritionist in this regard. Step 3: Take Atorvastatin 10mg at bedtime. Step 4: Recheck Uric Acid , Lipids and Urine R/E after 3 months and report. Cannot comment on why do you feel faint unless you are examined.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to have a low sodium diet. Lessen the salt intake over all or use a low sodium salt available in market. Avoid oily foods. Avoid high purine foods. You need to be on certain medicines for which i would suggest you consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards.
