Hi my mother is having blood pressure from past 30 days she is diabetic patient also can she take pills for bp now she is taking diabetic tablet dibizide . BP levels are 180/90 and range is fluctuating do she has to take routinely .

Hello mam,
For BP take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Avoid package food, salty food, table salt. Use lona salt.
For diabetic take fenugreek seed early morning with lemon water. Avoid sweet, cake chocolate, sweet fruits like banana, Chikoo, mango, grapes, dates, sweet potato.
Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
