Blood pressure
Hi
My blood pressure always remains 110 - 120 systolic and 80-90 diastolic always (never below 80 or 90) along with high heart rate (resting rate of 80-90 BPM ) all of my heart reports are normal along with blood reports I'm also facing problems of cervical spondylitis and GERD
After any meal i take my heart rate increases to 100-110
should i be worry about my diastolic pressure and heart rate as diastolic bp always stays arouund 80-90 and heart rate
Please help me out

Better if u consult a doctor and get ur BP checked once
