Actually from November I got left abdominal pain and blood in stool,I went doctor she told it was piles..yes offen I get conscription..up to last week I got little blood..today I strained a lot...lots of blood came..I got afraid...its some other serious or loss by piles??can a piles and strainng make lot of blood losss..I'm afraid help me..I'm 23 age old

Hi......, Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day. ... Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling.
With these treatments, hemorrhoid symptoms often go away within a week. See your doctor if you don't get relief in a week, or sooner if you have severe pain or bleeding.
