  4. Blood in stool. Called colitis!

Blood in stool
I am often constipated and and can see blood in stool it is very hard and tight . Often the first part of poop is very hard and can see blood spot in it . I have attached the picture of poop for today please see ( really sorry for gross image) . I am afraid please help . Is it something called colitis

Consult proctologist. It can be fissure. Tear in anal canal .start syp cremaffin plus 30 ml at night time. Sit in warm water two times per day
