Hi dear, don't worry too much. Just relax and take care of your health. Exactly there can be many reasons for the slight blood traces and the solution may lie with professional cleaning of your teeth , May be vit C supplements so on. A doctor can explain you after proper examination. It's better to visit a Dental Surgeon as the problem is in your mouth.
Take care

Bleeding can also be from gums which might be swollen in your lower anterior teeth. This could indicate start of your periodontal disease. Get your teeth cleaned, start using soft brush and use vertical brushing technique instead of horizontal.
As suggested by fellow dentists ..your bleeding is indicating gum infection due to accumalation of tartar and plaque.Get a routine tooth cleaning done and maintain good oral hygiene. Also if you have not been eating well due to stress try eating a diet rich in iron and vit C ..this may also reduce bleeding .Deficiencies may also cause gum bleeding. Try to relax yourself ..everything will become all right. All the best.
