Blood group
I want to know if my blood group and that of my children suppose to be the same? I can I know my biological child by blood grouping?

It's a little bit more complicated than that. For example if you are of the A blood group n your wife is of B group, your children will be AB group. If you are O group n your wife is A or B group, then your children's group would be either A or B. But if both of the parents are O group then definitely the child's group would be O.
Having Said this the best method to do is a DNA test.
