Hello
There are various reasons for bleeding gums, most common being unhealthy areas around the teeth and gums, because of tartar (calculus) or regular food lodgement in regions around the teeth, especially teeth that are crooked or crowded.
There are other causes like diabetes, hormonal changes ( in females), blood dus orders, however you have no other medical ailment, so do not worry.
Go to a dentist and Get your scaling and polishing done, if not done in the last 6 months.
A good mouthwash like Hexidine and gumpaint like Zingisol for gums will also be of help..
