Hii My Cousin Brother was Admitted in the Hospital cause of Seizures and the Doctors have advised to CBP Test and the Results were Haemoglobin level was 7.4 but the Doctors have not Prescribed any Iron Syrups so I request you to please give any suggestion for this.

First exclude thalessemia before taking iron syrup. We don't prescribed iron syr unless thalessemia possibility rule out by hb electrophoresis test. You should consult pediatrician.
