A creatinine level of 6.4 needs immediate attention. Please consult a nephrologist immediately to prepare a proper plan of action for her. Anyone with a creatinine of 6.4 needs to take of a lot of things (diet, medications, vaccinations, preparing for dialysis if needed, etc) and it is best that you see a nephrologist in person.
