Please put moxicip eye drops 2hrly and ocupol eye oint at bed time.
You may need to get it operated.

From the image it appears to be a pyogenic granuloma. A thorough clinical examination is required before any medications can be prescribed. In the meanwhile please do not rub the eye excessively.
