Blood clot in pregnancy
My sister in law is pregnant with twins and just now we got to know that she has got thick blood clot in her stomach. Due to which babies are not able to get proper blood. I have the report am attaching to this query. Please suggest me what shall we do next. She is in Hyderabad and we are in Chennai.

Hello,sorry you have not attached any report here ,in twin pregnancy twin twin transfusion syndrome , anemia ,pre eclampsia , preterm labour labour ,IUGR are the common complication . Where exactly in stomach does she has clot? Your have not mentioned period of gestation . She must get admit in hospital and through investigation and vigilance is required . Doctor may prescribe blood thinners after complete evaluation.
