Blocked tear duct
Hi I'm 22 years n I have a block tear duct , I consulted to a eye doctor he suggested me once for the ENT, the ENT said tat my nose bone is little bit bent it's cross so I can't go through DCR surgery, I first have to do spectoplasty before DCR I don't have any problem in nose I can breath well is it necessary please any one help

probably you are suffering from chronic dacryocystitis.it's  only  treatment is operation. if done from external approach it will  leave an ugly scar on face.if done from  nasal route it needs a clear passage to pass the instruments and the light source. if there is sms then there  may not be enough  space  to work .hence  he has advised you two  operations. ok go ahead.

Hello We need to create a bypass from lacrimal sac to  nose We have to evaluate the nasal bone and If it is bent then we need to proceed as advised by ENT specialist
