  4. Blocked nose 24x7. Resolution to this.

I have sinus as per my previous consultation , i have blocked nose always , i use nasivion/otrivin Everynight to ensure i can breathe while sleeping. How can i get a permanent resolution to this.

Prolong use of otrivin/nasivion nose drop may cause rebound congestion..stop that habit.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
