Blocked nose
I have blocked nose everytime... Not able to breath properly.. And it's difficult to sleep... I tend to swallow my meals

you need to get examined . there are many causes of blocked nose which only an ENT surgeon can tell you once he has seen your nose . some causes can be simple allergies or a deviated septum. sometimes you can have polyps and very rarely some other types of growths.
