I noticed small blister type thing on my hand which is non itchy or painful but kind of bothering me. It sometimes changes to red or white. What cream should be used to treat it ?? Attaching the picture..

Since how many days are you having these lesions? Kindly get yourself examined by a dermatologist near you, as image does not show the lesions clearly.
