  4. Bleeding problem. Chance of pregnancy?

Got bleeding on the 7-9 February  after protected intercourse on the 28rh January and  ipill within 24 hours causes pregnancy ?? Any chance of pregnancy?? Pregnancy test also done after 52 days of intercourse  that is 22 March and beta HCG is 0.200 miul/ml but no periods in the current month?? Any chance of pregnancy???
