My wife was pregnant and just gave birth to a beautiful child. She breastfeed the baby, Now she has constipation problem and has bleeding piles with severe pain. I'm currently giving her lactoluse 20ml 1time every day. But we observed whenever we have it the baby passes lot of stools. Please let me know what should I give in order to ease her piles and not effect the baby as well thank you.
