Hello sir My sister age 26 since a week she was getting bleeding in motions..and little pain please suggest any tab and syrup . Can I take tranexa tablet pls reply

She can start of but sitting in a tub of warm water and dettol twice a day . High fibre diet helps . Increase her water intake to upto 2 litres a day .
