Hi, I am facing the problem of regular bleeding gums from last 4-5 months. It gets cured for sometimes after I apply some gum gel but starts again if I miss it. I need some permanent remedy for the issue.

Your symptoms are related with periodontal disease. Take an OPG xray and visit a dentist as soon as possible. You may need gum (flap) surgery based on the findings
