Bleeding everytime from the start of sex
Every time I try having sex with my wife she starts bleeding and has a feeling of tear in lower vagina , is it normal ? And if not then what is the remedy to it , kindly suggest .

Probably your wife has an injury. Superficial injuries are common initially and heal on their own. Since this has happened more than once, she must get checked by a gynaecologist. Also, avoid sex for at least a week to allow injury to heal
