Bleeding gums are caused by bacteria which stick to your tooth and gums. They are present in plaque , tartar. So go for deep cleaning of gums the relief is immediate. Allways get teeth cleaned in 6 months since you prone to plaque more. Use proper brushing techniques , flossing and proper mouth washes for better results.

Sensodyne is not the solution for your problem. You need to visit a dentist and get an oral prophylaxis done. Stop using over the counter sale products or following anything just by advertisements. Get a check up done and your problem will be rectified. Dr Vidisha Parashar Illumident Lighting up your smile
