Blackish discoloration of tongue and gum

Hello..I have blackish discoloration on my tongue and one side of gums since almost 2 years...no pain or difficulties..so is it normal or serious..and is it possible that this discoloration will disappear?plz suggest

Hi, This could be pigmentation patches. That is normal. Get a clinical examination done by dentist once though to be sure.
