Black Underarms
I have a black underarms and i am getting married in january 2017. Is it possible it can go before that and also they sweat and stinks alot. Please advise what should i do.  Attached photos

This is acanthosis nigricans. This is a condition where your skin​ folds like underarms, neck and face becomes dark. It is either genetic or due to sedantry lifestyle and overweight.
