Seems like your skin is reacting to some kind of insult ..cream is not the solution when you don't have identified the cause .. any change in environment .. long exposure to sunlight .. improper hygiene. . Recent change in cosmetics product ..change in dietary habits. . Any recent visit to a water body..any drug or medication taken for other medical condition. these are probable cause... see if you have any of them
Do Frequent face wash with cold water at least 6 time a day .. protect your face from dust and traffic smoke ..do not manipulate you skin ..avoid itching .. use aloe veera gel ..use steroid and antibiotic cream after proper dermatologist consult
