Hi ! Dandruff can be kept well under control with the use of medicated shampoos and leave on lotions.It is best to consult a dermatologist in person so that the necessary medications can be prescribed.As for the Black spots on the face,your doctor can either prescribe creams/gels or can opt for procedures like peels,microdermabrasion or lasers to give you a clear face !

Start using a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 ,go for a dermatologist prescribed sunscreen rather than a commercially available one.The regular use of a sunscreen can prevent further darkening of the black spots.Apply it once every 3-4 hours especially between 7am-5pm,everyday !
